Vintage Postcards

Last week my mom handed me a stack of postcards with an apology (?).  They were postcards that my great uncle, a bookseller, had sent to my great aunt when he was away travelling.  She couldn't bear to throw them away, but had no use for them.  Could I use them in my journaling?

Ummmmmmm....YES!

These are wonderful vintage 1930s, 40s postcards with postmarks and sweetly written notes.

I will use them!!!  First I will scan them, though, so I can get goop all over them and then I'll use the scans.

Thought I'd share.  Feel free to use the images in your artwork.

Mardi Gras Madness!

What a sweet little picture.  Kinda mini Romeo & Juliet

I can't help loving this one.  It's like the poker dogs and a post card (better than on a wall!)
My absolute FAVORITE!  Va va VOOM, baby!

Have Fun!

Sorry about the word verification--my blog was hijacked not too long ago, so now I have to take robo-cautions.
