Preciousness

I'm not a precious person.
I'm all Dr. Seuss & Mr. Rogers happy with myself, but I don't do precious.

But this latest thrift find is precious.
Two cute ( I don't do much cute either), teeny, hard bound, precious little books for only 99 cents!

The Children's Health Record measures 3 1/2" x 4 1/2"

Each page is filled with vintage diagrams and charts for baby
It's precious, right?
Don't know what to use it for yet, but how could I resist?

I have plans for the 3 1/2" square Grandma's Book!
Those little pages are EASILY removed when you spin the little plastic spine.
And then you have a stack of little, untouched, squares
with yellowing edges that are perfect for this month's Sketchbook Challenge, Cabinet of Curiosities!

I will be redoing the cover, I will sketch some curiosities, I will put it back together and it'll no longer be a piece of preciousness!

I really like working in small sizes.
Insecurity?
Is it because I don't feel I'm a precious person?
Or maybe it's my inner preciousness shining through....Ooooh, I like that

Thanks for stopping by and taking the time to comment. It really makes my day!

Sorry about the word verification--my blog was hijacked not too long ago, so now I have to take robo-cautions.
